According to the Humanity Publications Board of Governers recommendation, GESR frequency has been changed to quarterly-four issues per year, having the following breakup:

Important Notes:

1. Submission Deadline: 20th of the first month of respective issue.
2. Peer Review Deadline:  30th of the second month of respective issue.
3. Final Decision Notification: Till the 20th of the last month of respective issue.
4. Publication Date: 30th of the last month of respective issue.
5. Early Submissions: Manuscripts submitted before the submission deadline may be considered for earlier review and feedback.
6. Rolling Submissions: Submissions are accepted throughout the year, and any manuscript not processed in time for one issue will automatically be considered for the next.
7. Online First: Accepted papers may be published online ahead of their official release in the quarterly issue.
